When emotions feel
too big to handle alone

Therapy can offer meaningful relief.

Dr. Natasha Gulati is a licensed clinical psychologist in Washington State who provides virtual, evidence-based therapy for adults feeling overwhelmed by intense emotions, relationship challenges, trauma, and/or substance use.

With compassionate, action-oriented treatment, you will learn skills to build emotional resilience, strengthen your relationships, and make lasting, positive change.

Real growth happens when we hold space for two truths at once: you are doing the best you can in this moment and you may want to change behaviors that are no longer serving you.

I utilize science-backed approaches including dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies to support adults and couples navigating intense and painful emotions.

Whether you are dealing with trauma, depression and anxiety, relationship challenges, or major life changes, we will work together to build practical tools that help you move toward your goals.
